In the past, I had troubles getting the ROCm installed and working properly on earlier versions of Ubuntu. Now that ROCm 6.2 has been released with support for Ubuntu 24.04, I have finally had success. The following code snippets have been gathered from the official documentation and adjusted/commented as per my experience.
